A little About ME…
This is a photo of me and my buddy Big Foot. We hang out sometimes. She’s pretty cool.
I’ve been involved in the study and practice of spirituality and healing for 30 years. Over time I’ve jettisoned my former life as a fundamentalist in exchange for, as I would describe it, a more open, loving, and freeing view of humanity and existence. I feel extremely grateful for my partner Corene and my amazing kids. I work at being open and spacious and compassionate, slowing down, reducing material possessions (sometimes), trying to eat more ethically, and living in the present moment like our cat Theo.
